MOQ is 1pcs, samples order is available.

For mass production order without samples approvel, we can make samples for approval before mass production to make sure quality meet your requirement.

(6) Question---What's your shipping terms and shipping time.

Normally, we do Exwork or FOB shenzhen, however if customer prefer DAP, we also can do it, we have long terms forwarder.

Shipping time is 7-50days, based on different shipping way.

a) Express by Fedex, UPS, DHL etc (3-6days)

b) Air shipping (6-9days)

c) Train shipping (2-3 weeks)

d) Sea shipping (3-7 weeks)

The machining parts tolerance can reach to 0.002mm.

We have more than 30 engineering-grade plastic and metal materials that are suitable for CNC machining applications in various industries.

Except steel or BECU for customized mold components machining, for precision machine and prototype material as below.

Plastic: ABS, PC, ABS+PC, PMMA(Acrylic), PA(Nylon), PA+GF30, POM(Acetal / Delrin), PP, PVC, HDPE, PPS, PEEK, Teflon, Bakelite Resin, Epoxy Tooling Board.

(13)Question---How to choose for prototyping from CNC machining to 3D printing?

It's based on the part stage, for first stage to check the structure or some difficult sharp that CNC machining can't made, it can use 3D printing. compared with 3D printing,CNC machined parts are functionally stronger and typically have superior production quality and finish. Thus, CNC machining is typically used in the mid to late stages of development when parts are ready to be tested for functional accuracy.

(14) Question---What process will you use for our machining parts?

For same stucture, there are many way to machining it with different cost, normally as below

CNC Milling: It refers to utilizing a CNC milling cutter to do circular motion and create milled parts with certain shapes and details in a stationary piece, including slots, holes, notches, grooves, etc.

CNC Turning: It is the block material fixed on the CNC turning center or lathe rotating with high speed, while the cutting tool moving into the rotating axis to process the workpiece, to get CNC turned parts with exact sizes.

CNC Drilling: Noramlly for holes, it's a cutting process in which the workpiece is fixed, aligning the cutter center with the hole center and rotate to produce round holes, can be done on lathes and mills.

CNC Milling and Turning: a compound machining technology in which the cutting tool and workpiece are both rotating, to produce complex curved or special-shaped parts through designed multiple kinds of tasks.

Wire EDM: EDM machining is for some complex structure that difficult to machined with traditional machining like some deep holes, ribs, undercuts etc.
